I thank you for sharing your story about your lovely daughter. I have no doubt that other’s will learn from your experience. I thank you for taking the time to explain about the Emfit Monitor. They certainly have come a long way in their understanding about epilepsy. My father had grand mal seizures and for years we had been instructed about what to expect…and how to help. In spite of your loss, you devote your time and energy in helping others. I appreciate your gift and am sorry for your loss.

Hi Richard, Did Dr. Doyle preform a right temporal lobectomy on you as he had done for me ? I was born with Epilepsy and was tired of that kind of life so I read Dr. Devinskys’ first book and made an appointment with him to ask for surgery. I was then prepared for what lied ahead and was operated on in Dec. 1999. That was the best thing I ever did in my life. Best Wishes to You ! Julie Modugno

I bought the frame bag from a friend at a local bike shop who has made a few of these for his and friends' touring bikes and it worked really well. For subsequent trips, I found a company called Rogue Panda that was really good.

I enjoyed reading this account of your CT trip. Can you tell me where you got your frame pack? I have a similar vintage SC Superlight (medium size), and wasn’t aware I’d be able to fit a pack in my frame. Thanks much, and all the best on your future adventures.
