Mustafa, his mother Sefika and his niece Nisa. They hosted me for two amazing days in Adana in their apartment. Food, tea, company, and atmosphere were all phenomenal. In this photograph, Şefika is making a Turkish meal involving bulgur, meat, onions, and spices. I forget the name of the recipe but the end result is delicious.
